Here are the morning headlines.
1.GAA Thief
Former Derry GAA star Johnny Malachy Magurk pleaded guilty stealing £572,206 from quarry and tarmac road firm, Patrick Bradley Ltd, a court heard today.
The 50-year-old company accountant also admitted 36 other charges involving fraud by abuse of his position of trust from July 2006 until the end of 2011.
One of the charges relates to allegedly drawing £3,650 in 2011 from the firm coffers for a GAA legends charity golf tournament.

2.Lowry court costs
The High Court has ruled that Michael Lowry must pay the costs of his failed bid to stop his prosecution on tax offences.
Even though his lawyers requested this morning that the court make no order for costs. However, it was ruled that the Tipperary TD was not on legal aid.
Mr Lowry was charged with deliberately filing an incorrect tax return, filing incorrect returns in relation to corporation tax and failing to have proper books of account.

3.Turkey migrants
Turkey is ready to take another 200 migrants deported from the Greek islands on Wednesday. This is following a disputed EU deal aimed at shutting down the main route for illegal migration into Europe
A first group of 202 migrants, mostly Pakistani and Afghan, were shipped back to Turkey on Monday under an agreement which will see Ankara take back all migrants and refugees who cross the Aegean to enter Greece illegally.

4.Irish Man Arrested in Allicante
A man has been arrested at Alicante Airport in Spain over a double murder in Co Louth four years ago.
The 32 year old was detained on a European arrest warrant around 9.30pm last night after stepping off an EasyJet flight from Belfast.
Civil Guard officers had been tipped off and were waiting for him at the Costa Blanca airport.

5. Fr Maurice Dilane
Fr Maurice ‘Mossie’ Dillane shocked parishioners when he retired from the priesthood in January 2006 after his long-term affair with a local woman was revealed. He received a massive outpouring of public support and sympathy at the time.
He passed away peacefully on Monday in the care of UCH Galway. A private removal will be held on Thursday to St Brigid’s Church, Portumna for Requiem Mass at noon.
Fr Dillane was a native of west Co Limerick and was a late vocation who joined the priesthood after working in banking.
